Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the website located at ricky-casino.us.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), the user is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms, conditions, and provisions set forth in this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contractual obligation between the user and Dama N.V., a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Curaçao, holding a valid gaming license issued by Antillephone N.V. under license number 8048/JAZ (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

Access to and use of the Website shall be conditioned upon the user's full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement in its entirety. Should any user decline to be bound by the terms herein, access to and use of the Website must be immediately discontinued. Continued use of the Website following any amendments or modifications to this Agreement shall be construed as acceptance of such revised terms.

The Operator reserves the unilateral right to amend, update, modify, or supplement this Agreement at any time and without prior individual notification to users. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes. The most current version of this Agreement shall supersede all prior versions and shall govern the user's continued access to and use of the Website.

By entering into this Agreement, the user expressly warrants and represents that they are of legal age as defined by the applicable laws and regulations of their jurisdiction of residence, that they possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations, and that their access to and use of the Website does not violate any applicable laws or regulations governing their place of domicile or residence.

Use of Website

The Website is made available exclusively for lawful personal and non-commercial use by eligible users in accordance with the terms set forth in this Agreement. All access to and use of the Website is subject to applicable laws, regulations, and the specific conditions outlined herein. The Operator grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Website solely for purposes that are expressly permitted under this Agreement.

The following activities are expressly permitted in connection with the use of the Website: accessing publicly available content and information presented on the Website; creating and maintaining a single registered user account in accordance with the registration procedures established by the Operator; and utilizing services offered by the Operator in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner consistent with all applicable legal requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and shall constitute material violations of this Agreement: accessing or attempting to access the Website through automated means, including but not limited to bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar automated tools; engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or impairs the integrity, performance, or availability of the Website or its underlying infrastructure; attempting to gain unauthorized access to any restricted areas, systems, databases, or accounts associated with the Website; transmitting, uploading, or distributing any malicious code, viruses, worms, or any software designed to damage, corrupt, or interfere with any systems or data; impersonating any person or entity, or falsely representing affiliation with any person, entity, or organization; engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct of any nature; circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with any security features, access controls, or technical measures implemented by the Operator; using the Website for any purpose that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; creating multiple accounts or otherwise attempting to circumvent account restrictions or suspensions imposed by the Operator; and engaging in any activity that could expose the Operator to legal liability or reputational harm.

The Operator reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user's access to the Website in the event of an actual or suspected violation of this Agreement or applicable law, without prior notice and without incurring any liability to the affected user.

IP Rights

All intellectual property rights subsisting in and relating to the Website, including but not limited to all content, materials, software, source code, object code, databases, designs, graphics, images, photographs, audiovisual works, text, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and all other proprietary information and materials published, displayed, or made available through the Website (collectively, the "Proprietary Materials"), are and shall remain the exclusive property of the Operator or its respective licensors and content providers.
